ACTION AND USE:

Expectorant, strong antiviral, immunostimulating, antibacterial action, neurotonic. It is often used for bronchitis, colds and flu, as a support for respiratory health, for all types of viral infections, HPV, herpes, viral warts. A few drops can be rubbed into the sternum to protect and relieve the flu. It is used for insomnia and muscle fatigue.

COSMETICS:

It is rarely used in cosmetics.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The oil is safe to use and one of the few oils that can be applied directly to the skin. Not recommended in the first three months of pregnancy.
