It is obtained by cold pressing evening primrose seeds.

It contains vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids such as gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).

The daily dose for adults is 10 ml, providing 7270 mg of linolenic acid and 972 mg of gamma-linolenic acid.

Method of application; 2 times a day one teaspoon (5ml) with a meal.

Evening primrose oil should not be taken for more than 8 weeks and it is recommended to store it in a dry and dark place at a lower room temperature.
