It is obtained by cold pressing black cumin seeds.

It contains about 70% of unsaturated fatty acids, valuable fat-soluble ingredients (sterols and vitamin E), with an average of 1% of black cumin essential oil.

It is one of the most valuable dietary supplements.

The daily dose for adults is 15 ml of black cumin oil, while for children older than 3 years, the daily dose is 5 ml of black cumin oil.

Method of administration in adults; 1 teaspoon, after meals, 3 times a day. It can be mixed with juice or honey.

Children from 3 years: ½ teaspoons, after meals, 2x a day.
